Description
Shape-retaining acrylic base plates. Before casting, impression and base plate are matched by means of the plate reception and the impression carrier. The individual die positions are transferred 1:1 onto the base plate, and the pins are fixed in the drill holes. Is then lowered into the plaster mix. Setting expansion is reduced when model is sectioned. Ideally dimensioned basis half of the model is already finished. Dense, homogeneous material structure. Solid plate thickness and smooth drilling wall for safe pin guidance. Level surface, identical drilling depths, controlled die rest. Eliminates both expansion phases, that of the dental arch and of the plinth.
